Our oysters come from Baynes Sound, BC, on the east side of Vancouver Island. They're shucked fresh every day, to order, right at the oyster bar, and they land on your table on the half shell with mignonette, lemon, cocktail sauce and horseradish.
Oysters were on the very first menu. When Ferris' opened at 536 Yates Street on February 4, 1991, it was oysters, burgers and sweet potato fries. More than 35 years later, the oyster bar is still the heart of the room.
